There was a problem with shipping. The shipping company lost half of my order. Gominime was in communication with me the entire time, they filed a claim on their end to help find my package. After a few days when they closed the claim, Gominime started the process to replace the part of my order that was lost. The bottle openers came out Great! The process is fun and easy, and they look even more like my friends and family than the photos do. Even with the shipping issue, I am very happy with the outcome of the purchase. The product is Special, and the Artistry is unique; to see the heads of your friends and family turned into bottle openers. My experience with the Companies owner was exceptional. They really took care of me! I appreciate their professionalism and the level of care they brought to my fun purchase for my wedding!
